Register your company and products in the UAE and India — and stay compliant

Medicines, medical devices and consumables registered with MOHAP, DoH, DHA and CDSCO; mainland and free-zone company formation; facility and professional licensing; accreditation readiness.

Selling into Gulf and Indian hospitals starts with registration — of the company, the products and, often, the people. Each authority has its own dossier format, timelines and renewal cycle, and a missed step costs a tender. Manufacturers and distributors entering the market from China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Europe or the United States usually need a local partner who has filed these dossiers before.

Consulting Wallah coordinates the whole pathway: entity setup, product registration strategy and dossier coordination, facility and professional licensing, and the quality and distribution standards hospitals ask for. Once registered, your products can be presented to buyers through the Consulting Wallah Network.

Frequently asked questions

How long does medical device registration take in the UAE?

Timelines depend on device class and completeness of the file; low-risk devices with existing CE/FDA approvals typically clear faster than novel or high-risk devices. We set a realistic timeline per product after the gap review.

Do we need a local entity to register products?

In most cases products are registered through a locally licensed entity — your own company or an authorised distributor. We advise on the structure that fits your commercial plan and set it up if needed.

Can you register products in India as well?

Yes. We coordinate CDSCO and state-level registrations and import licences for medicines, devices and consumables.

Will registered products get buyers?

Registration is the entry ticket; demand comes through the Consulting Wallah Network, where hospital groups in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and Bangladesh submit requirements and verified suppliers quote privately.
